Given that ALP's staff is comprised of former teachers and principals, we know the challenges and joys of school leadership. Through collaborative site visits we help principals plan and communicate their vision, develop their team, and implement change at their schools. Alongside ALP coaches, site administrators can supplement their face-to-face leadership development with timely, responsive online professional development facilitated by the ALP coach and delivered through a powerful personalized learning platform. This hybrid model of professional development combines the irreplaceable benefits of site-based coaching and modeling with just-in-time virtual support, follow-up resources, and a sustained dialogue on each leader's professional growth.
Working through issues with colleagues and consultants within the context of an actual school day gives me more experience and a typical ‘PD’ seminar.
